Tying down many different objects of different sizes:
- The most inexpensive way to add a large amount of tie downs is using Two Piece Rope Rings. These tie downs are rated at 1200 lbs if installed by securing into the steel frame of the trailer. From there, any ratchet or pull strap can be used to tie down your cargo.
- The most versatile way to tie down cargo throughout your cargo trailer is E-Track. E-Track is available in long 10’ pieces and attaches to the walls or floor. This allows the E-track Clip
to be moved in either direction making any large or small adjustment easy. E-track rating depends upon installation but usually ranges between 1200-5000 lbs.
- the most popular floor ring for tying down cars is the 5000 lb recessed D-ring.
- E-Track can also be used to tie down cars if the proper clips and straps are purchased. E-Track provides great versatility for transporting several different vehicles. This will allow any combination of multiple vehicles or a single vehicle to be tied down easily.
